Unruh Processing specializes in processing beef, deer, pork & wild hogs, sheep, and goats. From T-bones to rib-eyes, summer sausage to snack sticks, you take home exactly what you want!
We will hang your beef for up to 14 days. We're currently booking beef about a year in advance. From October to December we only do wild game processing.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR PROCESSING ORDERS
Custom Beef Processing
Because of the risk of BSE (Bovine Spongiform Encephalopathy) or Mad cow disease, we must remove the backbone from beef over 30 months of age. You do not get the T-bones, but can still get the Filet Mignon and New York Strip. There is a $45.00 fee for the removal and disposal of the backbone.
Custom Pork & Wild Hog Processing
Please have wild hogs here within 2 days of harvesting. Pork does not keep as long as deer.
Custom Deer Processing
- We cannot accept deer that has been in an ice chest for more than 5 days.
- Unruh Processing will NOT be accepting deer the months of June, July and August. Thanks for Understanding.
- We have a cooler on the north side of the building for field dressed wild game. Turn the Light switch on for the cooler.
- We are required to comply with current guidelines for Chronic Wasting Disease.
